Terms of Use
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These terms cover Tablomi, a score keeper for card, board and dice games. They are deliberately short.
1. Provider
Selcuk Tuncel
Podhagskygasse 20/39
1220 Wien, Austria
Email: sucandigital@gmail.com
2. Using the app
You may use Tablomi on your own devices for private purposes. The app is licensed, not sold; you may not resell it, rent it out or alter its code.
3. What Tablomi costs
The app is free. Tablomi Pro is a **one-time purchase**, not a subscription: it does not renew and nothing is charged again. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency.
Tablomi Pro unlocks the rule calculator, more than 4 players, several matches at the same time, the full history and complete stats, the score chart and the full-screen table display.
4. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); your payment contract is with that store, not with us. Refunds therefore go through Apple or Google as well.
For digital content the right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts with your express consent — which is the case when Pro is unlocked.
5. The rule lexicon is guidance, not a verdict
The rule lexicon describes the commonly played rules and can be wrong. At your table your house rule wins. Decisions about a match are yours, not the app’s.
6. Liability
We are liable under the statutory rules for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular consumer rights, remain unaffected.
7. Apple and Google
For use through the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement applies in addition (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app; Apple and Google may, however, enforce this agreement against you. Please direct questions about the app to us.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms where there is a good reason; the current version is always on this page. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies.
