Privacy Policy

Tablomi is a score keeper for card, board and dice games. We built the app to work with as little data as possible: no account, no ads, no tracking, no usage analytics.

2. The short version

• Your matches, player names, scores and statistics are stored only on your device. We cannot see them.
• The app needs no account and no sign-in.
• We use no advertising, no analytics tools and no tracking.
• Data is sent to our service provider RevenueCat only for in-app purchases (section 5).

3. Data on your device

The app stores on your device: player names, matches with scores and results, your settings (language, region, appearance, favourite games, the name you pick as yours under “My stats”) and your Pro status. This data does not leave your device unless you share it yourself (section 4).

You can delete it at any time: single matches in the history, all matches under Settings → Data, or everything by uninstalling the app. If you use device backups (e.g. iCloud or Google), this data may be part of your backup; Apple’s or Google’s terms apply to those.

4. Sharing and QR codes

The app creates result images and QR codes only when you ask for them. If you share an image through another app (e.g. WhatsApp), that app’s privacy terms apply.

The QR code contains the match result (game, names, scores) inside the link itself, in the part after the “#” sign. Browsers never send that part to a server, so the result is not stored anywhere on our side. If the link is opened in a browser, only our website is loaded (section 7).

5. In-app purchases (Tablomi Pro)

Payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive payment details such as card or account numbers.

To manage and verify purchases we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) as a data processor. It processes: a randomly generated, anonymous user ID, purchase information (product, time, transaction number, store, country), technical details (device type, operating system, app version) and the IP address. We do not link this data to your name or email address.

Purpose: unlocking the purchase, restoring it on other devices, preventing abuse and anonymous sales figures. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in working purchases (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). RevenueCat processes the data only on our instructions under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More: revenuecat.com/privacy

6. Camera

The camera is used only to scan QR codes from other players. No photos or videos are stored or transmitted. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.

7. Our website

The website tablomi.expo.app is hosted by Expo (650 Industries, Inc., USA). When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third-party servers.

8. Ratings

If the app asks you for a rating, this uses Apple’s or Google’s own feature. We only see the rating you publish in the store.

9. No sharing

We do not sell data or pass it on to third parties – except to the service providers named here. They are contractually bound to protect the data at least as well as this policy and the GDPR require.

10. Retention

• Data on your device: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Purchase data at RevenueCat: as long as needed to manage purchases and as required by law. We will have it deleted on request.
• Website server logs: deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short time.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Just write to sucandigital@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).

12. Children

Tablomi is not aimed specifically at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes

We update this policy when the app or the law changes. The version published here applies.
